Join the team at this amazing company with a well established brand  as a full-time  Property Manager . In this key role, you will be responsible for the effective management of a small portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal rental returns and high levels of tenant satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including executing leases, coordinating inspections, and addressing maintenance and repair issues
  • Liaise with landlords to provide updates and recommendations on the management of their properties
  • Market and advertise properties to attract high-quality tenants
  • Conduct regular inspections and respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns, Leasing team available.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
  • Portfolio of only just over 100

What they are looking for

  • Proven experience min 2 years as a Property Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex situations
  • Proficient in using property management software and technologies, Property Me /Tree   IRE
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to effectively manage a portfolio of approx 150 properties
  • Thorough understanding of relevant real estate legislation and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
