Our Superannuation Graduates will embark on an accelerated development experience covering a range of rotations that will immerse you into the superannuation industry. You'll work alongside incredible people who are all working towards a common goal – the best outcome for our members.

The experience will include 4 rotations across some of the following departments: Strategy & Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Industry Research & Analysis, Advice, Group Risk, Delivery, Business Risk & Compliance and Technology & Data Risk.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for 2 Graduates to join the fund on a full-time, fixed term 12-month contract based in Melbourne and starting in February 2026.

We welcome graduates from any discipline, who have completed a degree in 2024 or are completing a degree in 2025 at an Australian Tertiary Institution.

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Understanding of financial services and superannuation
• Strong numeracy and writing skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work well within teams and independently
• A high level of comfort working in a membership-based organisation
• Willingness to champion and demonstrate the Cbus values and associated behaviours
