Role:
Solution Consultant – eCommerce & Marketplace Platforms

Location:
Melbourne, Australia

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in Retail & CPG, e-commerce platforms (Mirakl), REST APIs
  • Consulting, eCommerce, or Project Management experience
  • Stakeholder management across operational teams and C-suite
  • Leading discovery sessions and crafting functional blueprints or technical solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive rapid and successful marketplace launches, providing expert guidance on architecture and platform features
  • Support customers through integration, development, and post-launch initiatives
  • Identify design/implementation issues and propose alternatives
  • Serve as a technical liaison between customers and product teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and contribute to reusable assets, success stories, and team growth
  • Stay updated on new platform features and product roadmap
