The Marketing and Proposals Coordinator is a newly created role in a time of exciting growth for KBSS, reporting into the Marketing and Proposals Manager you'll be working across a range of business development and promotional activities, including but not limited to, social media content production, email marketing, community sponsorship coordination, tender and client proposal development, and more. 

Key Duties:

  • Assist in the collection, creation and delivery of social media content to support defined marketing initiatives and business development opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of regular email campaigns to defined stakeholder groups, supporting operations department.
  • Digital campaign reporting across digital marketing platforms.
  • Maintain library of imagery and collateral templates
  • Assist in the support of branding and engagement initiatives, such as local events, sponsorships and other adhoc opportunities.
  • Maintain stakeholder databases across client contacts and subscribed candidates / recruitment pool, supporting the operations department and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Support the coordination of large bids, proposals and tender documents as required.
  • Assist in the coordination of award and recognition initiatives, internally and externally.
  • Other adhoc duties as they arise related to the promotion and business development of KBSS.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications in related field or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Canva (desirable but not necessary)
  • Knowledge of campaign systems (desirable but not necessary)
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
