Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Support Representative located in the Greater Sydney Area.
We need a capable experienced engine room person within our rapidly growing technology finance business.

This business typically interfaces with vendors who introduce finance opportunities for purchasers of their products such as laptops, desktops, software, imaging equipment and medical equipment.

Duties include liaising with Vendors, assessing applications, submitting applications to funders, liaising with funders, preparing documentation, and settling transactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Highly Responsive and Demonstrates a Customer First Attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient at Multi-tasking, System Data Entry, Finance calculations and Document Generation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in asset finance or related industry required
  • Degree in Finance, Business, or related field would be a plus
