What You'll Be Doing

As a Labourer / Crew Team Member, your day-to-day will include:

  • Assisting trades and senior crew on-site
  • Site preparation, cleanup and general labouring duties
  • Handling materials, loading/unloading, demolition and digging
  • Maintaining safety and organisation on site
  • Being proactive, reliable and ready to learn new skills

We want someone who is dedicated, motivated and a real team player.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • White Card (mandatory)
  • Driver's Licence (mandatory – company vehicle provided)
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Reliability and commitment — turning up and doing your bit matters
  • Willingness to learn, take instruction and improve
  • Physical fitness and hands-on readiness
