We're currently seeking Labourers/Experienced Labourers to join the team.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  1. Experience in a Civil Construction or Project environment.
  2. Experience in the use or knowledge of construction plant & equipment.
  3. Industry relevant tertiary trade or construction qualifications.
  4. Knowledge of WHS, Environmental and industry relevant Principles.
  5. Be familiar with and operate under ARG issued Safe Work Method Statements
  6. Be familiar with and operate under ARG's Environmental Management policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain and clean site/site compound. Ensure perimeter delineators /bollards/ star pickets/ safety cones / mesh / access ramps / artificial grass/ silt traps etc are kept in a state fit for intended purpose.
  2. Establish and remove work zones and controls as directed.
  3. Traffic Control – Stop/Slow batt.
  4. Pedestrian Management – Ensure adequate pedestrian signage in place.
  5. Pick up supplies and equipment if directed.
  6. Maintain and operate all ARG tools and equipment.
  7. Operation of roller.
  8. Provide assistance to ARG sub contractors as directed by Site Manager.
  9. Report any damage/incident that occurs during the shift by either yourself or ARG sub contractors.
  10. Some Heavy lifting involved moving access ramps and artificial grass.
  11. General site and construction duties.
  12. Be familiar with and operate under ARG issued Safe Work Method Statements.
  13. Take responsibility for the safety of yourself and others in and around the worksite.
  14. Report any OH&S incidents to your supervisor.
  15. Ensure you are wearing, at least, your minimum PPE (Personal Protective equipment) at all times whilst on site.
  16. Ensure that you have been through Site induction prior to commencement of works.
