**Collections Recoveries Manager

Why This Role Matters

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Collections Recoveries Manager to proactively manage business customers experiencing payment challenges, and dispute matters.

This is a broad and influential role that covers loan collections, loan administration, dispute resolution, and recovery strategies—ensuring efficiency, compliance, and balanced customer outcomes.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external parties (legal counsel, regulators, and insolvency professionals) to strengthen Procuret's collections function and deliver fair, consistent, and timely results.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the collections workflow, driving performance, compliance, and best practice.
  • Manage early to late-stage collections, ensuring effective and empathetic engagement.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to negotiate repayment arrangements and educate customers.
  • Manage dispute and insolvency matters in line with company policy and regulation.
  • Reviewing and managing customer financial hardship matters
  • Conduct skip tracing and oversea enforcement proceedings where required.
  • Review accounts and determine the best recovery approach and outcomes for both customers and the company.
  • Ensure full compliance with financial regulator guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain the lending portfolio within arrears and credit write-off targets

About You

  • Strong compliance and procedural knowledge in collections, recoveries, and dispute management.
  • An excellent communicator and negotiator who handles complex conversations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Deep experience (4 years or more) in collections, recoveries, and dispute management, ideally within finance, B2B credit, or fintech organisations.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and outcomes-focused professional, ready to make an impact and scale with a growing B2B fintech.
