Role Description

We are on the hunt for a Human Resources Manager, located on-site in (Bicton)Perth, WA. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR management, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Daily tasks include managing recruitment processes, implementing HR strategies, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role also involves conducting performance appraisals, developing employee training programs, and providing support to staff members.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Perth, WA
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the childcare or education sector is a plus
