About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Store Person to join our Amron Industries' team in Slacks Creek QLD. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching a wide range of products and materials within our busy warehouse environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Unloading and loading trucks, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods
  • Accurately receiving, storing and dispatching stock items according to procedures
  • Maintaining stock control systems and updating inventory records
  • Participating in stocktakes and investigating discrepancies
  • Utilising forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
  • Liaising with colleagues and customers to provide excellent service
  • Adhering to all health, safety and quality policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar logistics environment
  • Forklift licence and experience operating a range of warehouse equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory processes
