Responsibilities
You will be primarily responsible for assisting in all aspects of running the warehouse on a daily basis.
Tasks will include:
- Picking, packing and consigning of orders
- Stock movements and replenishment
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
- Booking freight
- Processing orders
- Stocktaking
- Unloading Containers
- Priorisation of tasks to be completed
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience in warehousing
- Proven decision making, and problem solving skills
- Have a valid drivers license
- Have a valid forklift license
- Physically fit and able to move stock
- Reliable and committed
- Customer focused
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Intermediate computer skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrate initiative
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
