Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service across all departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service professionals, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of service professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the organization

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
