Available roles

We are looking for 1-2 Cleaning & Hygiene Team Leaders to accommodate for business expansion who have a dynamic and positive "can do" mindset to join our energetic teams.

These roles involve leading teams of 2-3 Team Members to deliver excellent cleaning services for our residential, commercial & strata clients.

Staff are responsible for day to day upkeep of a set of customer properties to high standards with autonomy.

The positions involve working in Sydney metro (mainly Sutherland Shire and St George areas) tending to cleaning services for the elderly, veterans and some commercial sites.

  • Excellent cleaning performance and standards
  • Physical fitness sufficient to undertake the responsibilities required
  • The ability to follow procedures and work programs as directed
  • A proven commitment to safety in the workplace
  • A strong sense of responsibility and be able to demonstrate initiative
  • An enthusiastic and positive approach to all duties
  • Good communication skills with our client base
  • Experience with equipment such as back pack vacuums, pressure washers and blowers
  • Correct usage of cleaning chemicals and procedures
  • Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and sharing your knowledge with others

Desirable licenses

  • Current drivers license

Desirable skills

  • Prior cleaning experience
  • Prior experience working with the elderly
