Australian Beverage Holdings is expanding and we're looking for experienced Machine Operators to support our production and packaging operations. If you've worked with bottling, labelling or bag-in-box machinery in a food, beverage or FMCG environment, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be part of a fast-moving production team, running and maintaining machinery that's essential to keeping our beverage lines moving smoothly. Your day will involve setting up equipment, keeping an eye on quality and safety, and solving small issues before they become big problems.

Responsibilities include:


• Operating bottling, labelling, packaging or bag-in-box machines


• Preparing and staging materials before line startup


• Carrying out routine checks, basic maintenance and troubleshooting


• Following strict GMP, hygiene and safety standards


• Recording basic production data and completing checklists


• Supporting team targets and shift goals

What We're Looking For

We're after reliable operators with a solid work ethic, mechanical understanding, and a good eye for detail. If you're confident around machinery and take pride in quality work, you'll fit right in.

To be successful, you'll need:


• Previous machine operating experience (beverage, food or FMCG ideal)


• A minimum of 1-2 years machine operating experience is required


• Mechanical knowledge – able to spot and fix small faults


• Demonstrated ability to perform component replacement and minor repair tasks


• A safety-first mindset with an understanding of GMP


• Good communication and teamwork skills


• Flexibility to work full-time on either shift


• Availability to work rotating shifts if required


• Forklift licence (nice to have, not essential)


• Full working rights in Australia
