Located in Nedlands, WA, this exciting full-time role puts you in the centre of our operations, overseeing everything from production planning and scheduling to logistics and product distributions in Southeast Asia.

Your New Role:

Are you ready to step into a role where your leadership can truly make a difference? We're seeking a forward-thinking Supply and Distribution Manager to lead the charge in transforming operations, driving sustainable practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As Supply and Distribution Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations. We keep a sharp eye on cost, but it is an exciting place to work introducing new technology to the air conditioning industry that can solve one of the world's most significant sustainability problems.

TASKS

The role includes the following tasks:

• Forecasts demand and inventory management in Australia, USA, Pakistan, Indonesia, Singapore and Europe
• Plans, directs and coordinates procurement, storage and distribution fpr supply continuity and efficient product movement

· Prepares inventory and forecasting reports for management.

• Develops and implements purchasing and inventory control strategies for achieving optimal stock levels
• Arranges appropriate insurances.
• Negotiates supply contracts and agreements for optimum price and performance terms
• Manages Southeast Asia market operations including working with local retail, e-commerce and wholesale operations
• Monitors warehouse and inventory management to ensure accurate stock tracking, storage and replenishment
• Monitors flow of goods recording/reporting systems for timely ordering, dispatching, invoicing and compliance.
• Negotiates with shipping agents, customs agents and third-party logistics providers in Australia, USA, Pakistan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Europe
• Liaises with suppliers, freight forwarders and clients for distribution coordination
• Manages verification/reconciliation of purchase, storage and distribution transactions for accurate reporting.
• Ensures operation meets agreed service standards, client specifications and performance objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

A qualification in Supply Chain Management and/or Engineering

A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role demonstrating your relevant experience and achievements

Business computer skills

An understanding of company financials (e.g. profit and loss; balance sheet) and their interrelationship

Have current Australian working rights

Fluency for verbal and written business communications in English, German and Bahasa Indonesia with appropriate cultural understanding

A commitment to safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organised workplace
