You will be joining a well-established business in the retail fit-out and refurbishment sector. The role is full-time, based in their offices in Ryde.

Your new role

This full-time, permanent role reports directly to the HSEQ Manager. In this position you'll play a key role in supporting the governance and implementation of integrated management systems across multiple projects nationwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Draft safety plans for tenders, using information previously input into the system.
  • Support the HSEQ Manager in maintaining ISO-certified systems (ISO 9001, 14001,
  • Coordinate inductions, training, and compliance documentation across multiple sites.
  • Assist with audits, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

Your experience in a similar role will help you to succeed, as well as:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial construction or fit-out environment, or blue-collar environment.
  • Certificate IV in OHS is desirable.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills are a must-have.
