Tell me about this role:

We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Operations Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. You will ensures smooth coordination of logistics and operational activities. This role monitors performance, supports field operations, and contributes to the implementation of efficient operational procedures.

This is a permanent opportunity located in Canberra. Interested candidates must be Australian citizens with an active NV1/NV2 clearance.

What will I be doing day to day?

  • Monitor operational performance and logistics flow.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting operational performance.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations.

What sort of skills do I need?

  • Australian government and or Defence experience
  • ASDEFCON or Engineer/ILS Artefact Development.
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (Desirable)
  • Experience providing data analysis to enable strategic outcomes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
