Office Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Operations Manager to join our team. This key role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth-running environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team by coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Assist with outgoing mail and report generation, maintaining accurate records and files
- Oversee the maintenance of office operations by ordering stationery, consumables, cafeteria supplies, and equipment
- Manage accounts duties, including credit card payments, reconciliation of unallocated cash, preparing refunds, and accounts payable
- Ensure efficient office communication by responding to queries, escalating issues, and maintaining shared inboxes
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills, motivation, and strong commitment to delivering exceptional results will ensure success in this role
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field, and previous experience in professional services would be highly regarded
