We work across the gas and electrical sectors and related utilities, delivering practical, high-quality solutions—from minor building repairs and fencing to grounds and facility upkeep—safely and on time.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Handyman / General Tradesperson to join our team. You'll work across a variety of client sites throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, tackling a mix of maintenance and small works that genuinely make a difference to critical sites.

What You'll Do
  • Complete property and facilities maintenance across multiple sites (metro Melbourne).
  • Deliver small works such as minor building repairs, patching, painting, basic carpentry, and door/lock repairs.
  • Perform concrete works and reinstatements (small pads, paths, ramps).
  • Replace/repair fencing and gates; basic metalwork repairs.
  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, brush-cutting, pruning, mulching).
  • Graffiti removal and general site cleaning.
  • Assist with non-friable asbestos tasks within licence and training limits (or support licensed contractors).
  • Use job management systems, follow SWMS/methods, and complete job photos/records.
  • Work safely around live assets and follow site rules and inductions.
About You
  • Positive can-do attitude and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Solid property maintenance background (council, facilities, utilities or similar).
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small crew.
  • Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail and housekeeping.
  • Good communicator with customers, supervisors, and teammates.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights and full manual driver's licence.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
  • MR licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • Tickets such as EWP, chainsaw, traffic control/implement, confined space, first aid.
  • Asbestos awareness/Class B training/experience.
  • Experience working on utility or critical-infrastructure sites.
