The purpose of this project is to hire for three positions in the Marketing Department: Product Marketing & GTM, Channel Marketing, and Marcom.

Product Marketing & GTM:

Job description:

  • Drives product strategy and versioning. Plans and delivers the go-to-market roadmap.

  • Brings local product value to life and keeps launch timing on point—so what we say is what we sell.

  • Connects the dots across sales, product, customers, and HQ to build products that sell, sell well, and keep selling.

Key responsibility:

  • Set GTM plans and versioning per region/product

  • Map out launch routes and timing

  • Sync HQ and local teams on launch rhythm

  • Define product position and local value

  • Craft pitch lines and deliver tools (slides, images, videos, visuals)

  • Own launch process and on-the-ground actions

  • Lead training, solution kits, and local feedback loops

  • Gather insights and feed product upgrades

Channel Marketing:

Job description:

  • Build and manage the full channel system—distributors, retailers, installers—with smart design of relationships and growth tracks.

  • Help boost partner sales with ready-to-go playbooks, toolkits, and scale-up models.

Key responsibility:

  • Map and segment channel partners

  • Build a full channel toolkit—training, rewards, content packs

  • Plan co-marketing with partners

  • Shape distributor incentives and roll out with sales

  • Help set up a central resource hub

  • Turn feedback into market-fit tactics

  • Understand installer pain points and create content that clicks

  • Design outreach paths + win-win collab models

  • Team up with sales on killer training decks

  • Run joint campaigns + review what worked

  • Implement co-branded campaigns and lead outcome evaluation

MarCom:

Job description:

  • Build a clear and consistent voice for all external messaging, making sure the brand lands well across channels.

  • Lead local brand content and communications across APAC—covering daily messaging, events, expos, and digital campaigns.

Key responsibility:

  • Manage content consistency across the region

  • Align visual identity, structural format, and tone of voice

  • Develop marketing release calendars and maintain publishing cadence

  • Produce regular communications content in line with local market rhythms (e.g. product launches, industry trends)

  • Design and deliver content for exhibitions and customer events

  • Oversee regional public relations and media sentiment monitoring

  • Build a regional content repository with version control and localisation capability

  • Integrate resources across sales, design, PR, and technical teams to ensure project continuity and completion
