  • As a Rug Specialist retail manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our leading rugs division. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with both residential and commercial customers.
  • What you'll be doing
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strive to achieve weekly targets
  • Working on the weekends, RDO during the week
  • Must have a car and a drivers license
  • Minimum 3 years experience on rugs specifically.
  • Sales experience is helpful but not a prerequisite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent product knowledge and the desire to continually learn about new products and trends
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,515.00 per year
