The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to own and deliver Neo's marketing plan. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing function at a growth-stage SaaS company, balancing execution with strategy and working directly with sales and product to drive measurable impact.
Success will be measured by your contributions to SQLs, pipeline growth, ARR, brand growth, and supporting client retention.
What you'll be doing
Primary focus
- Campaigns
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across paid ads, SEO, email, and social, aligned with market trends and our product roadmap, to generate demand and pipeline growth.
- Content Creation
- Produce and repurpose high-quality content (website, blogs, case studies, email, social, video) to grow Neo's brand and engage both prospects and clients.
- HubSpot Ownership
- Manage and optimise the CRM, including contacts, automation, workflows, segmentation, and reporting — delivering nurture campaigns that build pipeline. Collaborate with Sales to ensure contact data and targeting are aligned for growth.
- Website Optimisation
- Maintain and improve the website (CMS, SEO, CRO), including readiness for GenAI-driven discovery.
- Analytics & ROI
- Monitor marketing performance against targets and provide insights to continually improve ROI.
Secondary focus
- Sales Enablement
- Develop collateral, case studies, and campaign assets to support Sales and Account Management.
- Brand
- Own Neo's brand and positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels and developing messaging as the company grows.
- Supplier Management
- Brief and manage freelancers/agencies for specialist tasks.
- Product Marketing
- Translate new product features into client value through messaging, launch campaigns, and client communications.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' B2B SaaS marketing experience, with hands-on expertise across campaigns, content, automation, and website optimisation.
- A strong execution focus - thrives on running campaigns and delivering outcomes, while able to connect activity to business goals.
- Advanced HubSpot proficiency (automation, workflows, reporting).
- Strong track record in core principles of SEO, paid campaigns, analytics, and website CMS management.
- Ability to create and adapt content across formats and channels.
- Strong analytical skills linking marketing activity to SQLs, pipeline, ARR, and retention.
- Experience supporting product marketing activities such as feature launches, client comms, and go-to-market campaigns.
- Comfortable working independently and hands-on, with experience managing suppliers where needed.
- Ability to harness AI tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and creativity across the end-to-end delivery of the marketing function.
