We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team, someone who can take ownership of our largest clients, lead with strategy, and make sure great ideas actually get delivered.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that blends account management, client strategy, project management, and hands-on marketing delivery. You'll be the key point of contact for major clients, guiding their marketing direction while ensuring our campaigns run smoothly from concept to completion.

Our clients are a mix of small to medium businesses and education providers across Australia and New Zealand. We're not a big agency, but we are an experienced, engaged, and close-knit team, and we're in growth mode

We need someone who's been there and done that to lead the agency team. Great career and growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Possibility of a full-time remote role for the right person. If you are in Brisbane, ideally the role would be a hybrid one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Leadership / Account Management: Own relationships with our largest clients. Be their trusted strategic advisor and the driving force behind their marketing success.
  • Strategic Direction: Develop and oversee marketing strategies that align with client goals, focusing on measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning and organisation of campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Team Mentorship: Support and guide junior team members, helping them grow their skills and deliver great work.
  • Hands-On Delivery: Jump in where needed, from writing copy or creating in Canva, we're a small team and we all pitch in where we can.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics for your clients, report on progress, and identify opportunities for our performance marketing team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our creative, content, and performance teams to produce campaigns that get results.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment
  • Strong grasp of marketing strategy, digital channels, and end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, you know how to bring clients and teams along with you
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while staying focused on the big picture
  • Experience with Hubspot, HighLevel, Canva, Agency Analytics, Looker Studio, and project tools like ClickUp or Teamwork highly regarded
