In the role of Manager, Lending Products (Trade and Working Capital Products), you will join the Trade & Working Capital Product team that's doubling down on winning together.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Set and drive the TWC lending product strategy and roadmap, to deliver business and customer outcomes, manage risks and drive sustainable lending growth.
  • Lead the TWC Lending team to deliver outcomes aligned to Trade and Transactional Banking Strategy, including:
  • end-to-end product and process management
  • Deliver on product simplification
  • Market leading customer experience
  • Setting the strategic direction and delivering change
  • Driving technology and operational excellence
  • Optimise portfolio performance

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Experience and industry knowledge across banking, lending, and product management.
  • Experience managing operational and credit risk with deep understanding of relevant operational risk frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in fostering strong team engagement and a high performing culture
  • Strong banking experience
