This organisation is undergoing a significant digital transformation, modernising systems that haven't seen major upgrades in over two decades. You'll be part of a high-impact program that's reshaping how services are delivered to communities.

Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work across multiple streams of a large-scale capability uplift program. You'll be involved from initiation through to implementation, supporting proof of concepts, business case development, and detailed requirements gathering. You'll be a front-facing BA, engaging directly with business stakeholders to drive clarity and outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed


• Strong generalist BA experience across complex ICT projects

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and behavioural skills

• Ability to work independently and build relationships quickly

• Experience in utilities, Oracle, or Maximo

• Willingness to travel to Darwin periodically (especially early on and at least once every 4–6 weeks for 3 days at a time)
