About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is central to identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement across the business, translating business needs into actionable solutions. You'll act as the conduit between business users and developers, ensuring solutions are well-documented, practical, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation opportunities
  • Liaise between business users and developers to ensure clear communication and solution alignment
  • Document data and reporting solutions, ensuring clarity and usability
  • Support the implementation of AI and automation initiatives
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within professional services
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated experience documenting business processes and technical solutions
  • Exposure to automation tools and AI-driven processes
  • Proficiency in technology and systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
