The Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals in the Wheatbelt region. This role involves conducting assessing clients homes and report writing, recommending needs of the clients inorder to promote independence, enhance daily living skills, and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to determine clients' functional abilities and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Provide support to CHSP clients in areas such as home modifications, mobility aids, and assistive technologies.
  • Deliver therapy services to NDIS participants, focusing on skill-building, community participation, and independent living.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with CHSP and NDIS guidelines.

About You

  • Relavant qualification Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience in CHSP and/or NDIS is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel within the Wheatbelt region.
