Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans to support clients achieve their functional goals
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, and community integration
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Supervise OT assist team to implement client supports as appropriate
- Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy Bachelors' Degree or equivalent as approved by AHPRA
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the community / in-home setting (desirable)
- Drivers' license and reliable vehicle
- Valid NPC and/or NDIS or willingness to obtain
- 2025 Flu Vaccine Certificate, or willingness to obtain

Pay: $64,543.26 – $119,410.07 per year
