We are currently recruiting for a **Cleaning Supervisor & Trainer **to join our Team.

**The role will involve travel around the Southern River, Perth CBD to the Eastern suburbs**

**Opportunity to work in a friendly environment and to train our new cleaning crew and to retrain our current cleaning staff on a regular basis.**

**About the Role**
- Available & flexible to work on different shifts and different site every day.
- Train, Develop staff at different sites.
- Ensure all duties are carried out as per the training provided and in accordance to relevant organisational and statutory policies, including health and safety.
- Communicate and provide information at the conclusion of every shift to Area Manager to assist with organisational operations and to provide effective service to our clients.
- Monitor and access risk to health and safety and implement any measures to reduce the risk. Report any health and safety risks to Area Manager.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials.
- Inspect sites and equipment and carry out a written report to determine adherence to specifications.
- Maintain and develop customers working relationship to optimise quality of service and customer satisfaction.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $24.76 - $49.52 per hour
