Located in the southern suburbs of Perth our clients are a highly respected and rapidly growing Perth based manufacturing company.

Due to a high level of growth within the company the Directors would now like to add to their successful team with the addition of an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts officer.

The successful candidate will report to the Director and also work alongside the external accountants.

The vacancy and what you will need to apply:

  • 3 or more years experience as a bookkeeper or accounts officer in Australia
  • Ideally Qualified as a Bookkeeper/accounts clerk
  • Be an Australian citizen or resident visa holder with no work restrictions
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work to a high standard
  • XERO software experience (Ideally XERO certified)
  • Have a hands on and practical approach
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards
  • Payroll for 50 staff on a weekly basis
  • Other general bookkeeping duties

In return the successful candidate will receive:

  • A salary of between $85,000 to $90,000 + Super
