A bit about the role

As a
OneCouncil Product Specialist Revenue
, you'll help shape how we deliver request management services across the City of Casey, supporting the design, configuration, and adoption of the TechnologyOne OneCouncil solution.

What you'll deliver

• Support the design, configuration, testing, and adoption of the TechnologyOne OneCouncil Revenue solution, including rates, charges, and other revenue-related processes.
• Collaborate with the OneCouncil program team, service owners and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration and reporting activities to ensure quality outcomes.
• Assist with training, change and deployment activities to drive adoption across the organisation.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and improvement opportunities to ensure successful program delivery.

What you'll bring

• Knowledge of revenue management processes such as rates, fees, charges, invoices and debt recovery.
• Strong knowledge and experience in business or system analysis, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive, change-ready mindset with a passion for improving processes and supporting transformation.
• Experience with
  TechnologyOne
  or similar enterprise systems (highly regarded).
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check and Psychometric Testing.
• A curious, collaborative, and inclusive community mindset.
