Food & Beverage Supervisor , Perth Airport

Delaware North Australia is hiring a part-time Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our team at Perth Airport. In this role, you'll support restaurant and bar operations by guiding and training team members to deliver first-class food and beverage service. • Supervise and support a diverse team across shifts to ensure service excellence
• Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and customer care
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills
• Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas
• Manage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growth
• Mobilise, train and develop team members to perform at their best
• Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes
• Implement upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenue
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality venue
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Approved Managers Card
• Skilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience, preferred
• Passionate about hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and energetic approach
• Skilled in workforce mobilisation and team development
• Comfortable with labour controls and food cost management, desirable
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings/overnights and early morning shifts
