In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant works, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards within budget and operational guidelines. Your success will come from your ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple tenant agencies while proactively engaging with clients to understand and exceed their expectations.Your comprehensive responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire procurement process and vendor management lifecycle, from scoping and obtaining quotes to ensuring vendors deliver services on time and within budget. You'll administer and plan contracts professionally, monitoring expiry dates and initiating re-procurement when required while ensuring continuous value delivery to tenants. Additionally, you'll provide critical 24/7 emergency support for tenant projects, implement escalation and incident reporting procedures, and ensure strict compliance with government procurement guidelines and safety requirements. Financial management forms a core component of your role, including managing cost recovery processes.What You BringWe're seeking a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in facilities management and exceptional client service delivery. Your experience should include working in critical environments with hands-on knowledge of technical building systems including computer room air-conditioning, chiller systems, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems, and building management systems (BMS). You'll need demonstrated expertise in vendor management for specialised services and a solid understanding of commercial contract interpretation and management.Your professional background should showcase knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements along with government procurement processes. We value candidates who possess strategic thinking capabilities and can effectively deal with ambiguity while solving complex problems.
