Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aluminium Window Fabricator, Assembly Worker, and Installer located in Somerton, VIC. The Aluminium Window Fabricator, Assembly Worker, and Installer will be responsible for fabricating and installing aluminium windows and doors, assembling frames, and fitting glass panels. They will be expected to ensure quality control and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors
  • Knowledge of relevant Australian standards and codes, as well as WHS regulations and standards
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, and ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
  • Knowledge of CNC is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
