About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team at Yarravans Pty Ltd. This full-time role involves designing, constructing, and installing high-quality custom cabinetry and interior fit-outs for caravans and motorhomes. As part of our skilled trades team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Produce detailed design plans and working drawings for caravan cabinetry and furniture.

· Select lightweight materials and caravan-specific hardware to ensure quality finishes.

· Operate power tools and woodworking machinery to fabricate cabinetry and furniture components.

· Assemble and install cabinets, flooring, wall linings, and interior fittings on-site in caravans and RVs.

· Ensure all builds comply with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.

· Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other tradespeople to deliver projects on time and within budget.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.

Skills & Experience Required

· Formal qualification in Cabinet Making or a related carpentry discipline.

· Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker, preferably in caravan, RV, or bespoke joinery.

· Proficient in power tools, woodworking machinery, and hand tools.

· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and caravan fit-out plans.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

· Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
