I'm looking for someone reliable and hands-on to give me a hand at my small warehouse in Ringwood.

It's just me running things at the moment, so I'm after someone who can help with packing orders, keeping things organised, and jumping in on a few admin or social media tasks when needed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Packing and shipping customer orders through Shopify (training provided)
  • Unboxing, checking and organising stock
  • Keeping the workspace tidy
  • Helping with simple admin — replying to customer emails, updating order notes, etc.
  • Comfortable replying to comments/DM's and scheduling post's on social media

About you:

  • Reliable, organised, and available for the required shifts
  • Comfortable using a computer and open to learning new tools
  • Confident on social media (especially Instagram and TikTok)

Hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 12pm to 3pm (around 9 hours a week)
  • Based in Ringwood VIC

It's a straightforward, consistent role — ideal for a student or someone local looking for steady work and a bit of variety day to day.
