Lash and Brow Artist

Are you a talented and passionate Lash & Brow Artist?

We're a boutique beauty salon in Ringwood looking for a casual lash and brow artist to join our growing team You'll be working in a relaxed and friendly environment, with the possibility of transitioning to part-time for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform eyelash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume) with precision and attention to detail
• Perform lash lifting services (our salon is well known for our lash lifts)
• Perform brow treatments such as brow sculpts with tint and dye, brow lamination and waxing.
• Perform spray tanning services (training can be provided)
• Providing aftercare advice to clients and retail complimentary products relating to their service.
• Maintaining a clean, organised work environment in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for every client.
• Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Participating in social media trends by creating content such as Instagram Reels and TikToks for our social platforms.
• Assist with salon maintenance and other duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified and experienced lash and brow artist
• Highly considered: qualified and confident in classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
• Experience in lash lifting, brow lamination, tinting, shaping, and brow sculpting
• An eye for detail and a perfectionist in her work
• A genuine passion and drive for beauty and client care
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Available to work 1-2 evenings per week and at least 2 Saturdays per month
• Able to work in a team but also individually

Pay: $33.00 – $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
