Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services are looking for Staff Specialist or Senior Staff Specialist to join their team. This role provides specialist forensic psychiatry support and clinical care to patients across inpatient and community settings.

About The Role
Services provided include:

  • Provides specialist services at Metro South Hospital and Health Service,
  • Provides inpatient consultations as requested
  • Provides outpatient consultations
  • Participates in multidisciplinary clinics and meetings
  • Supervision and teaching of registrars, junior doctors and medical students, and teaching for other members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Participation and or leadership of research and quality improvement activities
