The Role

As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key customers across the Sydney region. You'll represent a comprehensive range of hydraulic components and systems – from cylinders, valves, pumps, and motors to power transmission products.

You'll identify new opportunities, support customer projects, and collaborate with internal technical and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions that solve real-world challenges.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts across multiple industries
  • Identify new business opportunities within the hydraulics and fluid power space
  • Provide product and application support for hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and related systems
  • Develop sales strategies and pricing proposals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery
About You

We're looking for someone who's commercially minded and technically curious — someone who enjoys helping customers find the right solution.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial components
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems (cylinders, pumps, valves, motors, hoses, etc.) or power transmission products
  • A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
  • The ability to manage accounts strategically while also hunting for new business
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Sydney region
