Our team is growing — and we're looking for an experienced Senior Formwork Estimator to lead our pricing and tendering operations across upcoming tenders and projects.

The Role

Based in our Sydney Head Office located in Caringbah, you'll play a critical leadership role within our estimating team, managing end-to-end project estimation and Tenders for formwork packages.

You'll collaborate closely with our clients, leadership, project and site teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and competitiveness across all tenders — while mentoring junior staff and refining internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the estimating and tendering requirements across multiple formwork projects.

Manage and mentor junior estimators when required.

Prepare detailed measures, BOQ's, cost estimates and tender submissions.

Review architectural and structural drawings to define scope and methodology

Develop project budgets and pricing strategies

Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Clients to ensure alignment

Track market trends, material rates, and labour costs

Ensure compliance with company and client standards

About You

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Formwork Estimator (high-rise and commercial experience preferred)

Proven ability to interpret complex architectural and structural drawings

Proficiency in take-off and estimating software

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong leadership and mentoring ability

Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering quality outcomes
