Role Purpose:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer is a key contributor involved in guiding technical efforts across project phases, from defining and documenting functional, non-functional, and operational requirements to technical planning, and quality control. This role requires designing conceptual and detailed architectures, developing solution options that meet system requirements, and partnering with cross-functional technology teams to integrate and deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Loves Full-Stack development and can confidently work across both .NET Core and React.
  • Enjoys autonomy, taking ownership, and solving problems without red tape.
  • Values flexibility, 1 days in the CBD office, with the rest remote.
  • Cloud experience with AWS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bring forward strong technical thinking and a collaborative mindset to elevate the entire team.

Your skills and experience:

  • Strong proficiency with at least one of the following languages with some capability with one or more of the others C#, .NET core, React.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of OpenSIPs desirable
  • Experience working with Twilio Flex or AWS Connect or any other Call center software desirable
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns, microservices, and containerization (Docker, ECS).
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and event-driven Architecture
