The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our busy and successful team in Darra. This role is focused on delivering consistent exceptional customer service through careful application of your skills, knowledge, and experience in aftermarket spare parts for commercial vehicles.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone and internet
- Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
- Assisting other team members in daily transactions
- Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required
About You
As our Spare Parts Interpreter, you will have a solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales, have good communication skills, good customer service skills and a proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales. Experience in HV and Automotive spare parts sales will be highly advantageous.
