Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Workshop/Appliance Service Technician to join our Brisbane team. If you are sustainably minded and customer focused we need your skills and knowledge to fix our appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly with our spare parts to satisfy our long-standing customers. Alongside this, we are looking for someone who is happy to help the team in the workshop when required.

Your Key Responsibilities:

The role will carry out professional quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop.

  • Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions

  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection

  • Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory

  • Assist and support the warehouse teams on occasion.

Experience Required:

  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred

  • Industry experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills and strong PC skills

  • Provide premium customer service

  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature

  • Clean Drivers license essential
