FinXL is seeking a highly organised and detail focused Modelling and Simulation (M&S) Support Officer to join our client. You'll be crucial in governing and documenting the next phase of our Joint Simulation Capability.

Your role will be focused on four key areas:

  • Program Documentation: Prepare and draft critical documentation for program and project approvals, directly supporting the next phase of Simulation Capability Development.
  • Policy & Standards Review: Contribute to and meticulously review policy documents, including local and international Modelling and Simulation standards and Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) frameworks.
  • Governance Support: Actively support the Joint Collective Training Environment Steering Group and the Joint Modelling and Simulation Working Group through coordination, documentation, and managing stakeholder engagement.
  • Sustainment Oversight: Ensure robust product sustainment by supporting biannual Sustainment Review submissions and regularly reviewing core governance documents like the Product Delivery Agreement and Terms of Reference.
