McCosker Contracting is seeking a detail-driven Estimator to support the delivery of high-quality projects across structures, earthworks, and water infrastructure.

About the Role

As a Civil Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contributing to the success of diverse infrastructure projects.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in civil estimating, with strong first-principles estimating skills
  • Proficiency in Expert Estimator and Primavera software
  • Experience in civil projects including structures, earthworks, and drainage
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Experience managing the full tender process, including subcontractor procurement, cost analysis, and programming
  • Onsite experience highly regarded
