About the Role

Young Breeze is seeking a caring and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our team, supporting clients in Caulfield VIC.

You will help participants achieve their NDIS goals, promote independence, and enhance their overall wellbeing.

Working Hours:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Additional shifts may be offered based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and daily living assistance in home and community settings
  • Support clients with meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping
  • Encourage skill development and community participation
  • Record accurate progress notes and follow individual care plans
  • Maintain safe, respectful, and inclusive work practices

About You

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) – essential
  • Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and Driver Licence
  • Compassionate and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive
  • Previous experience supporting NDIS participants is an advantage
