Business Development Manager
to join their team in Queensland. This is a
hybrid role
, offering flexibility to work from home combined with face-to-face client visits.

The Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth across Queensland by winning new business and expanding existing accounts in packaging solutions. You'll identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and represent the brand with professionalism and credibility.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven
    B2B sales experience
    within industrial sectors (e.g. FMCG, manufacturing, agriculture, or technical sales)
  • Strong
    mechanical aptitude
    and ability to understand end-to-end production or technical sales
  • Experience in solution selling
    , account management, and executing structured sales plans
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to convert complex technical information into customer-focused solutions
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with excellent communication skills
