Our Perth Head Office is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the role
  • Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns-from concept to execution and performance tracking.
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns to boost acquisition, retention, and revenue for key segments.
  • Lead end-to-end ATL & BTL campaigns across OOH, radio, TV, print, social, digital (excl. SEM), direct mail, SMS, competitions, and in-store activations.
  • Plan and execute state and local marketing (LAM) initiatives to drive store growth, engagement, and brand equity.
  • Build media partnerships and sponsorships to boost brand reach and credibility nationally and locally.
  • Lead Marketing professionals to deliver results and achieve key objectives.
About you
  • You will hold a tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing or a related field
  • Ideally, you will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the marketing industry
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong data-driven decision making skills, using customer insights and behaviour to optimize marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency of marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google My Business, Hubspot and others
