About The Role

We're looking for an Industrial Electrician to join our Ballarat team on a full-time basis. Completing work within the Agricultural, Water, Mining, Manufacturing and Commercial industries, our work revolves around industrial automation, installation, and maintenance services.

For this role you will be involved in delivering project and maintenance electrical installations while also communicating with clients to deliver safe and reliable outcomes.

Industrial experience would be a strong advantage, however a strong interest and proven willingness to learn is also highly valued. In this role you will be required to work both autonomously and as part of a team, including managing a small team depending on the task.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You will be responsible for day-to-day service and maintenance including working on small projects and installation for our clients across the Ballarat and greater region.
  • You will be working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager to deliver quality service to our customers using our innovative tools and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure ongoing and additional work.
  • Provide leads and identify new work opportunities for our team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Victorian Electrical Licence.
  • Current Drivers Licence.
  • A-Grade Licenced Electrician
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment.
  • Ability to obtain a Current Police Check and Working with Children Check if required
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Strong communication skills for client and management interactions.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications and job software systems
  • Proven commitment to Safety.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in PLC wiring and fault-finding

Control Panel Wiring

Process Plant Electrical Installations

Experience with Aroflo, SimPRO or other workflow software (desired)
