The Role

We're seeking a skilled
A-Grade Electrician
with at least
2+ years' post-licence experience
to join our growing team.

You'll work closely with our small crew, providing hands-on electrical service, fault-finding, and maintenance.

You'll also get the chance to
learn to quote your own jobs
and will share in a
future bonus structure
for any work you upsell or bring in.


Side note:
We welcome
part-time and casual applicants too
– we're happy to
negotiate flexible arrangements for the right person
.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform residential service & maintenance work with high attention to detail
  • Support commercial & light-industrial maintenance when required
  • Carry out electrical work on renovations, smart-home devices, and EV chargers
  • Fault-find, troubleshoot, and repair safely and efficiently
  • Deliver excellent customer service in clients' homes and workplaces
  • Accurately record and manage jobs using
    ServiceM8
  • Uphold our commitment to safety, compliance, and tidy workmanship

What We're Looking For

  • Current
    A-Grade Electrical Licence (VIC)
  • 2+ years' experience
    in service/maintenance (renovations experience highly regarded)
  • Familiarity with
    EV chargers, smart-home tech, and ServiceM8
    is a big plus
  • Strong
    fault-finding & troubleshooting skills
  • A customer-first mindset
    and pride in neat, compliant work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A valid driver's licence and the right to work in Australia
